Dr. Lau has extensive experience in second language acquisition and teaching, school-based curriculum development, teaching and research and senior administrative experience, and is particularly familiar with Chinese language and education for non-Chinese speaking students in Hong Kong. He mainly helped to manage the day-to-day operation of the Scheme, supported the school-based support work of the other two Curriculum Development Officers and Research Assistants, monitored the planning progress of the Scheme Team and supported the research work of various researchers.
