About Us:

The program is headed by Dr. LOH Ka Yee, Elizabeth as the principal investigator and six university senior scholars as alliance investigators to lead research and mentoring team work. The team members are composed of three junior high school teachers with second language teaching experience as a program manager and curriculum development director, plus a research manager and computer technology consultant, two research assistants, responsible for the implementation of the plan tasks.
